Refund Policy

Our provider’s tuition and refund policy is that we will give a full refund minus $11.00 shipping and handling if the customer is not satisfied in 10 days as long as the materials are unused and with no damages.  This way we insure that we can reuse these items if not damaged.  Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned and unused materials.
